The YO-257 and San Pedro are two artificial reef wrecks located 70 feet apart off the coast of Oahu. The YO-257 is a 175-foot former navy oiler sunk in 1989, while the 125-foot San Pedro, a former hospital ship, was sunk in 1996. This drift dive site reaches depths between 18 and 36 metres, with an average depth of 25 metres. Due to strong currents, deep water, and overhead environments, this site is suitable for advanced divers only. Access is by boat, and divers should remain aware of boat traffic. Species recorded around this area include giant frogfish, whitetip reef sharks, and various moray eels.
