Sponge Heaven in Milne Bay is a sheer wall dive that begins at a shallow shelf just 1 metre below the surface and plunges to depths exceeding 107 metres. Conditions are characterised by mild currents, making it suitable for advanced divers. The site is also well-suited for night diving. Water temperatures remain consistent throughout the year, ranging between 25C and 27C.

Visibility ranges from 15 to 45 metres. Marine life recorded at the site includes the Spotfin Lionfish, Chromodoris nudibranch, flatworms, Tiger Cowrie, Varicose Wart Slug, sea stars, cardinalfish, shrimp, and various snails. Night diving is available, and the site is equipped with air fills, equipment rental, and rinse stations.
