Due to active boat traffic, the use of a delayed surface marker buoy is essential during ascents. The reef environment supports a variety of reef fish and invertebrates typical of the region.

Middle Stone is a reef site in Colombia composed of several rock formations. Located 750 metres from the shore, this site is accessible only by boat. Divers can expect depths ranging from 5 to 18 metres, with an average depth of 12 metres. Conditions include variable currents and visibility between 5 and 15 metres. The water temperature remains consistent, averaging 28 degrees Celsius throughout the year. Due to the potential for low visibility, divers should remain aware of their surroundings. This site is suitable for beginner divers, with typical dives lasting approximately 45 minutes.

The ARC Sebastián de Belalcázar is an artificial reef and shipwreck resting on a sandy bottom at a depth of 40 metres. The bridge structure sits at 25 metres, allowing for multilevel dive profiles. Access is by boat only, as the site is located 7 kilometres from the shore. Divers must be advanced to manage the depths, moderate currents, and potential hazards including entanglement and overhead environments. Penetration of the wreck is restricted to those with specific wreck diving certification. Visibility ranges from 10 to 30 metres, and water temperatures remain consistent between 27 and 29 degrees Celsius. A buoy line is provided for safety stops during ascent.
