Located near Ulukhaktok, the site features depths ranging from 1 to 3 metres, with an average depth of 2 metres. Access is via a shore entry. Conditions are defined by the Arctic location, with water temperatures fluctuating between -2C and 6C throughout the year. Visibility varies significantly, ranging from 2 to 10 metres. Due to the extreme cold, appropriate thermal protection is essential for all water activities. Guided tours are available to assist visitors in navigating this local community site.

Visibility at the site varies significantly, spanning from 5m to 50m. Due to the extreme water temperatures and environmental conditions, this site is suitable for advanced snorkellers only. Shore access is available for those prepared for the cold water hazards inherent to this Arctic environment.
