Dive Operators in Carmel & Point Lobos

Point Lobos State Natural Reserve includes an underwater park within the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. Diving is permitted at Whalers and Bluefish Coves for certified divers with a reservation.

Dive Central operates a 38-foot dive boat named the Escapade for trips to Monterey and Carmel Bay dive sites. The operator provides boat charters for divers and offers the option of unsupervised buddy diving.
